• Construction only : Under the usual arrangements for this type of contract, our firm constructs the works in accordance with a
  design provided by our client. ,

• Design-Build (DB) : Our firm designs and provides, in accordance with our client’s requirements, plant and other works; which
  may include any combination of civil, mechanical, electrical and/or construction works.

• EPC/Turnkey : In this type of service, our firm carries out all the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) providing a
  fully-equipped facility, ready for operation at the "turn of the key".

• Design-Build-Operate (DBO) :  Our firm designs, constructs and, before handing the project over to the client, operates it for a certain period of time, without arranging a financing or being responsible for the commercial success of the project.
